This unique program is designed to cleanse the physical and energetic body, through invigorating and restorative practices. We will consume and learn about locally sourced super foods such as tumerick, galangal, moringa, noni, and many more, while we nourish our bodies with vibrant food.

Payment Terms & Conditions
A non-refunded deposit is required to secure your place, the remainder is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of the retreat. In the event of cancellation: 60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less $500 which is your deposit.
59-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less $500 deposit) to a future retreat. 29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.
Mal Pais is located in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica.There are a few ways to get to Indigo Yoga Resort from San Jose:
Flying into the San Jose Airport and then catching a flight to Tambor with Sansa Regional Air (http://www.flysansa.com). This is the easiest way since this airline flies out of the same airport you will be arriving. Once you get into Tambor, you can take a taxi to Indigo Yoga Resort, which will take 30 to 45 min. At the moment, the Sansa flight from San Jose to Tambor is priced at $75, and the taxi to Indigo will cost around $45.
Flying into San Jose airport and taking Shuttle/Boat Taxi Service to Mal Pais. Posterior to your arrival, you can choose to stay a night in a San Jose hotel and leave the next day to Mal Pais. The shuttle (http://www.zumatours.com) leaves from San Jose at 8am and will pick you up at any hotel in the Metropolitan area. The travel includes a boat taxi to Montezuma and another shuttle to Indigo Yoga Resort. The time for this journey is around 5.5 hours, and costs about $80.
